Sold my flat within 6 weeks of getting it on the market. The valuation was on point. I would recommend as Arins has a very good local knowledge of tilehurst and surrounding areas. Communication was a bit slow at the beginning but honestly my eagerness to sell as well made the process seem cumbersome but at the end it was only on the market for 6 weeks and they sold it. Would recommend. Richard and Jamie were very supportive in managing the conveyancing as well.
I would give -5 stars if possible. I recently had my house on the market in Tilehurst with an online agent, Arins thought it was appropriate to regularly knock on my door & write to me being aggressive and telling me that I was never going to sell my house with an online agent, I told them more than once to stop contacting me but that did not stop them. I have never dealt with such an arrogant "director" and company, they constantly criticised everything I was doing because I wasn't using them. Two of my friends have also had the same issues with Arins. I ended up selling through a far more professional and non pushy agent. STAY AWAY
